Family Courts Across England
England has a single unified Family Court with regional hubs and local hearing venues across the country. Wherever your hearing is listed, a McKenzie Friend can accompany you — in person for local hearings, or remotely for telephone and video hearings anywhere in England and Wales.
13 Regional Hubs
Each region has a lead Financial Remedy Court that manages family cases and allocates local venues.
80+ Local Venues
Hearings are often listed at smaller local courts closer to where you live, not always the regional hub.
Remote Support Available
Telephone and video hearings are common. A McKenzie Friend can join remotely from anywhere in England and Wales.
